The palate is fruity, juicy, fresh and offers minerality, roundness, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a beautiful finesse of the fat, a fine acidulous frame and a beautiful definition of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe mandarine, juicy kumquat, small notes of Mirabelle plum associated with small touches of lemon, juicy/fresh apricot, small notes of apricot flowers, lemon flowers, sense of the place, a subtle hint of zests and a very discreet hint of thyme flowers.
