A cherry ruby colour. Fresh and concentrated on the nose, with a fine balance between spice and fruit. The fruit quickly becomes more intense, revealing red cherries and blackberries. Black pepper follows suit. The palate is fresh and light, with plenty of fruit. There’s a touch of pepper, blackberries and liquorice. The tannins are light but elegant. Finally, everything comes together on the finish, offering some complexity but also accessibility.
