The nose is a bit tight and offers some power as well as a little intensity. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of nutmeg, blackberry and more slightly of clove associated with touches of strawberry as well as hints of lily, olive tree, black olive and a fine hint of scrubland. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, tense, a little tight and offers a tangy frame, juiciness as well as a certain gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / fresh raspberry, bright cherry and more slightly bright blueberry associated with touches of lily, sage as well as fine hints of olive leaf, bay leaf and spices sweet. Tannins are precise and offer a certain power.
