The palate is fruity, slightly tight and offers juiciness, a small suavity, a fine gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame as well as tension and minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy/juicy wild cassis, juicy wild plum, small notes of cherry associated with touches of wild strawberry as well as small hints of laurel berries, spices, Cuben pepper, a racy minerality, small hints of garrigue and a very discreet hint of olive tree. Good length. Very fine hints of mild tobacco and caramelization on the finish/persistence. Tannins are structuring and fine. A subtle saline/sapid hint on the persistence.
