The nose is elegant, aromatic, complex and offers a nice breadth of the palette. We find notes of pulpy cherry, rose and small notes of blood orange associated with touches of rose, flowers as well as fine hints of aromatic herbs, fresh liquorice, a hint of schist and a very discreet hint of bergamot. The palate is beautifully built, fruity, well-balanced and offers a nice acidity, salinity as well as sapidity. Beautiful purity of the structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh cherry, juicy raspberry and small notes of iodine associated with touches of minerality/schist, hints of juicy/bright small blue fruits as well as fine hints of rose petal, fresh pink pepper, iodine, a very discreet hint of olive tree, warm sap, iodine and fresh sage/fresh scrubland. This wine is beautifully marked by its terroir, its biotope. A marked floral character.
