Mas Amiel – Vintage Charles Dupuy 2020 – Maury

Beautiful fruity nose that offers purity, matter, a certain concentration/richness full of accuracy, iodine as well as an airy side. It reveals notes of fresh bigarreau cherry, concentrated redcurrants and black berries associated with touches of pepper, a fine hint of rhubarb as well as a discreet hint almost of orange marmalade. The palate is beautifully built, fruity, gourmande, supple, airy, elegant and offers a tangy frame as well as a beautiful silky touch and texture. On the palate this wine expresses notes of Bigarreau cherry, blueberry and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with touches of rhubarb as well as fine hints of mango, juniper, scrubland and sage. Good length and persistence. A very nice persistence with a fine hint of fennel in the background.
