The nose expresses pronounced notes of developpement, but at the same time it is harmonious and complex. We first find aromas of brioche and toasted bread, which are then complemented by more evolved notes of honey, wax and wilted flowers. We also find the gourmandise of candied lemon, grapefruit jam, white peach, the liveliness of fresh citrus fruits, as well as a lactic touch of butter and brioche, as well as dried flowers and hay. The palate is elegant and savoury (we find notes of fresh citrus fruits and jam), with a slightly sweet finish, but very gourmand with notes of toasted brioche and lemon jam, combined with pleasant touches of wilted flowers and nutmeg.
