The nose is fruity, powerful and incisive. It reveals notes of Zante currente, dates and small touches of dried fig, blackberry jam associated with a very discreet hint of red fruit jam (in the background) as well as hints of caramel, Cedar wood, spices, tobacco and a subtle hint of gray pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a nice acid frame, a fine minerality, straightness and a certain finesse. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of dates, dried figs and slight notes of prunes combined with a touch of red fruits jam, caramel, toasted oak and an imperceptible hint of candied lemon, a very discreet hint of Tobacco (in the background). Good length. There is a fine touch of nougatine and a very discreet cocoa on the aftertaste.
