The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a good freshness, a slight richness as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of juicy / ripe wild cassis, ripe strawberry and small notes of vegetation/ grove associated with touches of juicy blackberry, slight touches of rose, Timut pepper, a hint of sweet spices, a discreet hint of gray pepper as well as a very discreet hint of fresh leather, camphor and an imperceptible touch of violet. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful freshness, a good suavity, a slight tension, a beautiful acidulous frame, a racy minerality as well as a very beautifully fine and (very) slightly tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis and juicy raspberry associated with slight touches of tonka bean, slight toasted touches, discreet hints of caramelization as well as an imperceptible touch of local vegetation and caramelization on the finish. Tannins are fine and a bit chewy. Good length and good persistence.
