The nose is fruity and offers a slight intensity. It reveals fine notes of citrus, quince and mandarine zests combined with discreet hints of kumquat, an imperceptible hint of yuzu zests as well as subtle touches of spices, woody touches and subtle hint of flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful acid / citrus frame, a slight juiciness, a slight minerality as well as a beautiful depthness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon and mandarine associated with slight touches of juicy pink grapefruit, apple as well as discreet touches of passion fruits and an imperceptible woody hint.
