It reveals notes of pulpy raspberry, pulpy Boysen blackberry and more slightly of small plum associated with touches of small crushed red berries as well as fine hints of fresh nutmeg, a sense of place (local biotop), of minerality and a subtle hint of salinity. On the palate it is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, minerality, good definition, a certain gourmandize as well as the fine amount of the fat. The wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy raspberry, pulpy / juicy strawberry and more slightly of small fresh plums associated with a fine touch of cassis fresh, small fresh flowers, with fine hints of nutmeg, cardamom and a subtle hint of pepper and lilac. The tannins are precise, fine and discreetly firm. Good length.
