The nose offers power, a fine grain as well as intensity. It reveals notes of wild berries, black pepper and small notes of black cherry associated with touches of small ripe berries, hints of dry tobacco, spices and a discreet hint of laurel berries. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers roundness, suavity as well as fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy black cherry, wild berries and small notes of fleshy blackberry associated with fine touches of violet, toasted, chocolate and a subtle hint of tea. Tannins are elegant.
