The colour is pale lemon with a metallic hue. On the nose the wine is aromatic and perfumed revealing notes of ripe peach, lemon, lime, a touch of apple blossom, jasmine and honeysuckle. The palate is concentrated and juicy with a lot of fruitiness and a zesty, vibrant acidity. The wine demonstrates notes of ripe lemon, lime, grapefruit, a touch of apricot and white peach, a delicate chalky nuance. The finish if fresh, fruity and energetic.
