The wine shows a pale lemon colour, clear and shiny. The nose is delicate, slightly tight, revealing notes of white flowers, honeysuckle, acacia, lemon, lime, a touch of green apple. The palate is tense and mineral with a lot of concentration and depth. The wine demonstrates notes of dried herbs like oregano and thyme, grapefruit zest, white pear, a touch of nettle and hay. The finish is refreshingly bitter and saline.
