The first nose is delicate and aromatic with some cherry and coffee notes. With air, the second nose opens with a little smokiness and mineral freshness. The mouth is fresh and tangy. There are some alcohol in the attack with red cherry and plum notes. The tannins are present and the acidity is salivating. The mid-palate is in between the strength of the structure and the salivation of the acidity. The finish is supple with red fruits such as cherry and a touch of vanilla.
