The wine has a pale lemon color. The nose is fresh, tangy and refined. It expresses citrus notes (yellow lemon, lemon zest, grapefruit, orange zest), combined with a touch of cut grass, crunchy stone fruit notes (white peach, white nectarine), with a touch of apple blossom, dried field flowers, and a fine minerality of flint and clayey notes. On the palate, the wine offers richness, smoothness, as well as elegance thanks to a pleasant bitterness and salivating acidity. It expresses the tangy flavors of fresh citrus fruits (lime, grapefruit), candied lemon peel, as well as the roundness of juicy yellow peach, apricot, an exotic side of fresh pineapple and mango, as well as a floral touch (apple blossom, acacia), slightly smoky and mineral (flint). The finish is lingering and refreshing, with lively acidity, good bitterness (grapefruit, lime zest), as well as noticeable minerality and smoky notes on the finish.
