The wine has a pale lemon color. The nose is fruity, fragrant and slightly mineral. It expresses notes of lemon zest, lemon juice, grapefruit, a touch of white peach, acacia, dried lime blossom and a smoky touch of gunflint as well as fresh grass in the background. On the palate, the wine offers concentration, notes of ripe citrus fruits and their tanginess, combined with a pleasant bitterness. It expresses the flavors of lemon, lemon zest, grapefruit peel, white peach, green apple skin, as well as a floral (acacia), slightly herbaceous and mineral (gunflint smoke) touches on the background. The finish is quite persistent, with good bitterness, chiseled citrus notes and refreshing acidity. A fresh and concentrated wine.
