It reveals notes of wild cassis, small bright/ concentrated berries and notes of liquorice stick associated with touches of spices, saffron, black tea, and a discreet hint of reduction. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, minerality, a good definition, tension, energy. A nice spicy side leads the tasting as well as a certain deepness. There are suavity and sapidity in the background. On the palate this wine expresses notes of concentrated small red berries, concentrated blackcurrant and small sappy notes associated with touches of eucalyptus, cumin, spices and a slight hint of liquorice stick. Good length. Soft and sapid tannins. Freshness. Nice salty character.
