The nose is fruity, racy and offers a very fine concentration. There are notes of ripe blackcurrant, violet and, to a lesser extent, graphite, combined with fine touches of black fruit, camphor, a hint of black pepper and an imperceptible hint of incense. The palate is balanced and offers suavity, fine silkiness, definition, finesse and minerality. The tannins are racy and well-managed. Good length.
