The nose is mineral and offers power and a fine freshness. It reveals notes of fresh/crunchy strawberry, blackberry, small notes of cassis associated with fine hints of crunchy cherry, cherry blossom and a discreet hint of laurel and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition and gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe strawberry, crunchy raspberry, small notes of crunchy cherry associated with touches of cherry blossom, fresh violet as well as hints of fresh almond and discreet hints of sense of the place. A subtle hint of caramelization on the persistence.
