This wine has a light, clear straw color. The nose is fresh and fruity with notes of cooked apple, peach and smoke. You can also feel the apple browned in melted butter. With air, the wine is more expressive although still discreet. There are notes of cooked apple, peach and juicy apricot. We perceive hints of Mirabelle plum as well as plum brandy. There is an imperceptible note of rose as well as fresh butter. On the palate, the wine is fresh, fruity with a nice acidity. We find the rose more present which accompanies a light bitterness in the mid-palate. We smell pear brandy as well as lemon. The acidity is reminiscent of the juice of the latter until a discreet finish. The finish is discreetly buttery.
