The nose is delicious, even a little sweet (candied lemon, pineapple in syrup), refreshed by citrus notes (yellow lemon zest, lime zest, pomelo juice). We also find a very delicate lactic hint of fresh butter as well as a touch of fresh hazelnut. The palate is straight, chiselled and tangy, with an expressive racy minerality, notes of evolution (faded flowers), a delicate but refined bitterness. The foam is silky and fine. The finish is persistent and chiseled, lemony and tangy. A wine with great elegance and vivacity.
