Manuel Olivier – Pinot Noir 2023 – AOC Bourgogne

Manuel Olivier – Pinot Noir 2023 – AOC Bourgogne

The wine has a beautiful bright pale cherry color. The first nose is intense, fresh, and fruity with notes of crunchy berries like wild strawberry, blackberry, and juicy cherry. There are also hints of aromatic herbs and vanilla. The second nose opens with more intensity, still with a swirl of crunchy red and black fruits. It’s spicing! The palate is fresh and fruity with a little dynamism on the attack. There are notes of crunchy black and red fruits like blackberry, juicy cherry, wild strawberry, and pepper. There is a good mineral freshness and a slight sapidity on the mid-palate. The finish has a hint of licorice stick and flowers.
