The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is fragrant, gourmand, spicy, with meaty touches, which disappear after aeration. We also find notes of wild strawberry, crushed raspberry, roasted red cherry, dried cranberries and blueberry, associated with touches of sweet spices (white pepper, nutmeg), flowers (dried rose, lilac) and a herbaceous hint of blackcurrant leaf in the background. On the palate, the wine is chiseled and expresses liveliness and tangy fruit. We find flavors of tangy bigarreau cherry, cranberries, crunchy strawberry, raspberry and crushed cassis in the background, associated with notes of sweet spices (nutmeg, white pepper), dried rose and lilac. The tannins have a fine grain, but are perceptible. The finish is quite persistent, with good bitterness and salivating acidity.
