The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is fresh and chiselled, very lemony at the beginning. It expresses notes of fresh lemon, lemon zest, grapefruit, which are then complemented by aromas of crunchy apricot, juicy white peach, as well as delicate woody and spicy notes (vanilla, heated wood, nutmeg in the background) and a fine floral touch (linden, acacia). The palate is fruity, expressive, with a touch of gooseberry and passion fruit on the attack, as well as a fine lactic touch (yogurt, butter). The mid-palate is gourmand, generously fruity and fresh. We find notes of yellow peach, fresh apricot, crushed lemon, grapefruit, as well as a spicy and milky hint, which is more expressed on the finish (vanilla, nutmeg, butter, natural yogurt). We also sense flavors of toasted hazelnut, a touch of heated wood, fresh lime and elderflower in the background. The finish is chiseled, salivating and slightly bitter. Great structure, good balance, a fleshy and silky touch of ripe fruit, and a lovely freshness.
