This wine has a very pale color with beige reflections. The nose is aromatic with fruit and freshness. There are notes of apricot and juicy vine peach as well as a touch of racy minerality, even smoke. We also have a touch of grapefruit. The palate is fresh, tangy and fruity. There are notes of vine peach, juicy white peach and pomelo. The whole is refreshing with a very present acidity until the finish on a note of lemon blossom.
