The palate is nicely structured, fresh, supple, and elegant, with beautiful definition. It benefits from being decanted. We find notes of juicy and fresh blackcurrant, violet, and, small notes, juicy and fresh violet plum, associated with touches of fresh and bright raspberry, as well as hints of cornflower, camphor, minerality. racy and fine hints of licorice stick. Tannins are elegant and mellow, bringing finesse and silkiness to the palate. The texture is fresh and gourmand, with notes of luscious blueberry and a subtle chalky nuance.
