On the nose it is fruity, aromatic and offers a little power as well as a fine incisive touch. It reveals the notes of fleshy cherry, fairly ripe raspberry and more slightly rose, pulpy red plum associated with hints of small blue plum as well as fine hints of pepper, spices and a subtle hint of ‘vanilla flavoring. On the palate it is fruity, balanced and offers suavity, freshness, good definition, a certain gourmandize, a mineral / tangy frame, roundness, fat as well as a little creaminess. The wine expresses notes of creamy / pulpy raspberry, fleshy / pulpy cherry and more slightly of small crushed red berries associated with touches of pulpy cassis, fleshy blue plum as well as fine hints of vanilla, tobacco sweet blond with a subtle hint of chocolate (in the background). The tannins are precise and finely mellow. Good length.
