The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, tension, fleshiness, gourmandise, a fine unctuosity as well as a juicy / slightly acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of plum, black cherry and small notes of crushed raspberry associated with touches of chocolate, vanilla and subtle hints of black olive.
