(Bio) Beautiful nose, elegant, precise, delicate in its concentration/small richness and that offers a fine straightness as well as a certain freshness that leds. There are notes of fresh quince, ripe yellow apple and small notes of white flowers associated with a touch of fresh physalis, hints of apricot flowers as well as an almost sappy (noble) hint in the background and fresh almond. The mouth is beautifully fruity and offers jutosity, brightness, a certain gourmandise, suavity, precision, fullness, a nice freshness, a beautiful elegance as well as delicacy in its fat / bâtonnage on lies. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy pear, quenette and small notes of pulpy / ripe lemon associated with fine almost physalis touches as well as a subtle hint of ripe pineapple and almond. Beautiful finish / persistence. A very discreet sappy hint on the persistence that extends the tasting.
