The nose is beautiful, elegant, delicate, aromatic, aerial and offers a beautiful textured matter. There are notes of quite ripe raspberry, pulpy strawberry and small notes of pulpy/ purple plum associated with touches of liquorice/ zan stick, sweet blond tobacco, vanilla as well as a subtle floral hint, toasted hazelnut and an imperceptible fresh truffle hint. The mouth is full of delicacy, juicy, velvety, gourmand, aerial and offers precision, tension, a stretched/ tension side, a beautiful mellowness as well as a beautiful definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ ripe wild blackberry, pulpy/ ripe cassis and small notes of ripe raspberry associated with touches of sweet blond tobacco, discreet cloves, zan and a subtile saline hint. beautiful definition and gourmandise. Beautiful, mellow, mineral and sapid persistence. Subtle hint of chocolate in the background.
