There are notes of fresh physalis, fresh/ pulpy peach and a small notes of white peach associated with slight touches of fresh quinte as well as an imperceptible hint of fresh butter and racy/ almost crystalline minerality. The mouth is beautifuly built, supple, fresh, elegant and offers fat, roundness in precision, beautiful finesse in its richness/ fat/ roundness, an aciduous frame as well as energy. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, pulpy/ acidulous vine peach and small notes of quinte associated with slight hints of fresh quenette, fleshy small yellow fruits, a subtle hint of mandarine zest as well as a discreet almost chestnut tree hint and toast in the background. Beautiful definition and energy. Beautiful work on the good bitterness, in the background. A subtle almost tannic hint in its aroma and structure. Beautiful acidulous persistance.
