The nose is fine and relatively aromatic. It reveals notes of black berries, blackberry and wood associated with slight notes of cherry, black cherry and spice. The palate is fruity, gourmand, well-balanced, racy, mineral and offers a silky matter and a fine acid frame in the background. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy cherry, black cherry and raspberry combined with slight notes of blackberry, purple fig as well as touches of toasted oak and a discreet hint of Zan. Tannins are fine and slightly dry. Good length. The finish is slightly suave.
