The nose is fine and elegant. It reveals notes of spices, black fruit and cassis associated with a hint of Sichuan pepper, flowers (violet, cherry blossoms), cherry and a touch of garrigue. The palate is fruity, mineral, relatively unctuous, full, tight and offers a small tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of black fruit associated with fine notes of cherry, spices and a discreet hint of oak. The tannins are fine, racy and dusty.
