The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is aromatic and open: there are notes of violet, peony and rose petals, which are complemented by a subtle touch of smoked meat, balsamic and ripe red and black fruits (black cherry, plum, red cherry, red currant, elderberry), peppermint, white pepper. On the palate, the wine has a lot of freshness: we find ripe red and black fruits (red cherry, morello cherry, red plum, black plum, blackcurrant), fresh flowers (rose, violet) and a hint of mint and liquorice in the mouth. final. The tannins are structured, but fine and silky, enveloped in a concentrated fruitiness on the finish and softened by a lively acidity. A well-built wine, with concentration and firm structure, which gives it the potential to age for several years.
