The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a certain finesse. It reveals notes of beautiful hints of lemon, fresh apple, small notes of mandarine associated with small touches of fresh quince, minerality as well as very discreet hints of seed and lemon flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers an acidulous frame, a small fat, tension, energy, a sapid hint as well as a very fine unctuosity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, pulpy nectarine, small notes of pear associated with touches of quince, zests, mesocarp, small juicy/pulpy yellow fruits as well as fine hints of pear flowers and a subtle hint of fresh grove (in the background). Good length. There are very fine hints of toasted, vanilla and a discreet saline hint of the finish/persistence.
