Beautiful aromatic nose, gourmand, aerial, full/ complet that offers slight floral-sweet hints. There are notes of pulpy blackberry, bright blue plum and small notes of almost roasted-juicy small fruits associated with slight hints of smoke, crushed small fruits, nutmeg and an imperceptible almost « sens of place » (local biotop) hint in th background. The mouth is beautifully mineral and offers precision, tension, suppleness, a beautiful acidulous candy side, roundness, gourmandise as well as a beautiful finesse and texture. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy blackberry, bright blue plum and small notes of bright small red fruits associated with slight hints of badian, lily as well as slight hints of fresh nutmeg. Good length. Supple, sapid and elegant tannins. Beautiful fresh, round and gourmand wine, all in elegance and precision. A beautiful gastronomy wine.
