The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose offers concentration and juiciness. It expresses notes of fresh and roasted red fruits (fresh red cherry, roasted red cherry, wild strawberry), as well as black fruits (black plum, blackberry, morello cherry); combined with notes of blueberry jam. On the second nose, we find notes of dried herbs (thyme, rosemary, dried mint), a hint of minerality, a fine spiciness (licorice, vanilla, cloves) and floral bouquet (lilac, fresh peony, rose). The mouth is silky and expressive. It expresses notes of ripe fresh fruit (griotte, black plum, blackberry, crushed wild strawberry, raspberry, blueberry), wild flowers, peony, iris, as well as a touch of sweet spices (roasted vanilla, licorice, cinnamon in the background) and toast. The finish is persistent, with a delicate sweetness of black fruit jam and a touch of vanilla, refreshed by a beautiful acidity. A gourmand, juicy wine, persistent on the palate, complex and deep, while remaining airy.
