The wine has a lemon yellow color of medium intensity. On the nose, it is reserved and requires aeration. The wine then expresses a subtle limestone minerality, associated with delicate woody aromas of fresh hazelnut, roasted almond, vanilla, as well as white flowers (lime blossom, chamomile, white lily), hay (in the background), honey, browned butter and raw butter. We also find gourmand fruity notes (yellow peach, juicy apricot, yellow plum) and a tangy hint of strawberry tree. The palate offers volume, richness and sweetness on attack in flavors of juicy yellow peach, ripe apricot, fresh vanilla, honey, candied orange and lemon peel and lemon yogurt. In the mid-palate, the wine offers complexity and gourmandise and elegance in notes of lemon juice, linden honey, acacia, hay in the background and roasted hazelnut. The finish expresses a slight bitterness of lime zest, a gourmet touch of fresh pineapple, as well as a supple, but salivating acidity.
