The nose is finely gourmand and finely powerful. It reveals notes of caramelization, Zante currants and Sherry / cherry associated with a touch of raspberry, candied lemon, plum / mirabelle plum, sugar cane as well as fine hints of toasted oak and an imperceptible hint of tobacco / cedar. The palate is fine, well-balanced, supple and offers a fine elegance, gourmandise, a fine minerality as well as a fine fat. On the palate this Rum expresses notes of candied lemon / quince paste, apricot in syrup and caramelized cane sugar combined with a hint of ripe red fruits, cedar, wood, sweet spices and a imperceptible hint of honey. Good length.
