The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is reserved, a little closed, but more aromatic after aeration. It mainly expresses notes of fresh fruit (strawberry, morello cherry, raspberry, crushed red currant, a touch of blackcurrant in the background), as well as a floral touch in the background (violet). The palate is fluid, juicy, not very tannic. It expresses notes of tangy fresh fruits (strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant, red cherry), associated with a peppery and floral touch. Beautiful salivating acidity, the finish is rather persistent, on fruits and fine tannins. Lightness, purity of fruit and gourmandise.
