The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers generosity/gourmandize, a small freshness, a certain power (in the background) and a fine grain. It reveals notes of pulpy/bright bigarreau cherry, pulpy blackberry, small notes of crushed strawberry associated with small touches of crushed cassis as well as fine hints of violet, liquorice, chocolate, a very discreet hint of nutmeg and hazelnut. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers freshness, an acidulous frame, tension (in finesse) as well as a fine suavity and a beautiful bright/juicy fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright blackberry, bright cassis, small notes of small red berries associated with touches of cherry, raspberry as well as a hint of fresh violet, chocolate and toasted. Good length.
