The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose offers lively and expressive citrus aromas (lemon, lemon zest, grapefruit), combined with notes of passion fruit, green apple and acacia, as well as a limestone structure. The palate has a lemony attack (notes of crushed lemon, lemon zest), chiseled, with a slight bitter touch of grapefruit, and the mid-palate with roundness and flavors of passion fruit and green apple. The finish is mineral and floral (limestone, acacia), with salivating acidity, a slight bitterness and good persistence.
