The nose is fruity, very discreetly tight and offers a very fine richness. It reveals notes of mirabelle plum, quince and small notes of dried zests combined with fine touches of dried peach, spices as well as a very discreet hint of beeswax, pepper, honeysuckle and fresh walnuts. The mouth is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers a fresh frame, juiciness, minerality, tension as well as a good guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy kumquat, dried mandarin and small notes of juicy / acidulous plum associated with fine touches of quince, juicy / acidulous apple as well as slight hints of brioche, flint and beeswax. Good length. Good, acidulous and sapid persistence. An imperceptible almost tannic hint and dried almond on the persistence.
