There are notes of crunchy cherries, pulpy blackcurrant and more slightly creamy blueberry combined with touches of liquorice and a subtle hint of blueberry. The palate is fruity with freshness and a nice acidic backbone. There is gourmandise, tension and some vibrancy with notes of fresh pulpy cherries, crunchy raspberries and more slightly crunchy fresh blackcurrants combined with mineral touches. There are also hints of fresh flowers like rose and cornflower and a subtle saline note in the background. There is a nice grain of tannins with a perception of dried almonds.
