It reveals notes of quince, nutmeg, small notes of crushed peach associated with touches of kumquat as well as fine hints of exotic fruits, a racy minerality and an imperceptible hint of almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, a beautiful juicy/acidulous fruit and gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of exotic fruits, sugared pink grapefruit, fleshy mandarine, small notes of lemon flowers associated with small touches of juicy quenette, mandarine flowers, a racy minerality as well as discreet hints of brioche/butter and an imperceptible hint of fresh verbena. An imperceptible almost tannic hint as well as an imperceptible chew on the finish/persistence.
