The nose is elegant and aromatic. It reveals notes of toasted/grilled, blackberry and small notes of strawberry associated with fine touches of cherry, cornflower, hints of coffee, juicy blueberry as well as fine hints of vanilla and graphite. The palate is fruity, elegant, beautifully defined, suave, gourmand and offers a beautiful juicy/acidulous frame, a beautiful suavity, a beautiful finesse of the grain, harmony, a melodious side, freshness, flesh as well as a beautiful guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy black cherry, fleshy/juicy raspberry and small notes of fleshy/juicy small red berries associated with fine touches of blueberry, violet as well as discreet hints of liquorice, coffee, cardamom and a very discreet hint of Bourbon vanilla (in the background). Tannins are elegant. There is an imperceptible hint of toasted nut on the persistence.
