The nose offers a small power, a small concentration, fruit and juiciness. It reveals notes of juicy/fresh raspberry, pulpy/juicy strawberry and small notes of lily associated with touches of gray pepper as well as slight hints of fresh tobacco. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a small suavity, a slight sapidity, a certain gourmandize, a small fat, an acidulous frame and a pulpy/tangy fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, tangy raspberry and small notes of tangy/pulpy Quetsche plum associated with small touches of small red fruits, racy minerality as well as hints of tobacco, tonka, discreet hints of toasted almond and chocolate (in the background). Good length. Tannins are precise and well managed.
