The palate is fruity and offers suavity, gourmandize as well as a beautiful fleshy/ripe/bright fruit, generosity, an acidulous frame, a good definition, roundness, a very fine unctuosity and elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh/pulpy cassis, fresh blueberry, small notes of pulpy violet plum associated with small touches of pulpy/juicy raspberry as well as hints of cornflower, fresh lily, crushed cherry, fine hints of liquorice, nutmeg and a very discreet hint of sugared mild tobacco.
