The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a beautiful juiciness, a fine acidulous frame as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cherry, fleshy/juicy raspberry and small notes of juicy cassis associated with fine touches of liquorice as well as very fine hints of fresh nutmeg and dark chocolate. Good persistence with notes of caramelization.
